Home Exchange to Switzerland

JimAllisonMtnPass
We spent the day with the parents of our exchange family. Experiencing Switzerland through the eyes of locals was exciting, interesting and very special.

This trip to Switzerland was our first home exchange through http://www.homeexchange.com. It’s a fantastic way to see and experience the world. Today I’ll share information about Home Exchange, as well as pictures of our Exchange home and surrounding areas in Seewis-Dorf, Switzerland.

Views from our Exchange Home in Seewis-Dorf, Switzerland.

Seewis-Dorf is nestled in an alpine valley that is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The warm and wonderful people of this area speak German, Italian, Romansh and English. We have had wonderful experiences exchanging homes with folks in Europe and the U.S. On this trip, we had the opportunity to spend time with both the exchange family, as well as her parents and his sister. Beautiful vistas abound in many mountain villages. We simply walked out our door and up into the hills for a beautiful and stunning adventure.

The Home Exchange process is relatively simple, just sign up for the service, as well as provide details of your home and area. I took the time to share the highlights of our home, as well as our community, including points of interest, shopping, and sight-seeing spots. Adding good photographs of your home and area will help you capture your perfect exchange partners.
